Service dogs are free. We do charge $100 per stay for up to two non-service dogs. If we don’t need to use the fee to clean up after your pup(s), we will refund it. We ask that you be respectful of the guests who come after you. So, no dogs on uncovered furniture to prevent troubles for folks with allergies.

No. But there is a driveway that holds 4 cars and ample street parking. If you are at id in the winter, email us and we can talk about garage access if a storm is a comin’. Our email is info@thehouseofid.com.

No. However, it is not directly shaded by any trees, so it gets to a comfortable temperature from just sunshine.

At this time, id can only accommodate a transport wheelchair. There is a chairlift outside to gain easy access into the house, but the doorways are not 32” wide which is the recommended width for many wheelchairs.
